Nidhi Gupta holds a bachelors degree of Commerce (H) from Shri Ram College of commerce (SRCC), Delhi University and holds membership of he Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

She has an overall experience of more than 16 yrs including corporate experience of 6 years holding senior positions at MNC’s like CCIL and JCB India Limited.

Presently, she is actively involved in leading compliance, taxation and regulatory matters.

Head- Secretarial Team

CS, LLB, B Com & M Com

Megha Chhabra holds a bachelors degree of Commerce from Delhi University and holds membership of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

She has an experience of more than 9 years as KMP in a listed Company and Company Secretary with Central Government Organization.

Presently, she is leading the secretarial team in the field of Corporate Laws, SEBI matters, NCLT etc.
